about the server's availability

hmm. it indicates that your server "flyforpilipinas" is 24/7, and i see that
there are already donators who donated in your server.my question is why is that u cant keep it online for 24/7? its like 12/7 or 8/7

is this server really dedicated?no offense. i just wanna play and have fun.its kinda disappointing waiting for like 8-12 hours for the server to get on.
