2nd job quest bugged

Hi! i'm a lvl 60 mercenary in game named Hanna, the thing is, i finished the 1st quest to become a knight, but the knight master doesnt give me the 2nd one, instead the blade master quest is available. i think is bugged or something. i'd like if anyone can help be, either GM or experienced players.

i already got that problem once and you cant fix it the only way is to make a new character and the problem is you didnt recieve the letter cause maybe you took the quest with a full inventory so you didnt get the letter all you can do now is start another one
